Voici une bande-annonce assez explosive donnant un aperçu de ce prochain jeu mêlant infiltration et combats d’escouades réalisé par the Bearded Ladies, le studio suédois à qui l’on doit Mutant Year Zero : Road to Eden. Le thème sera toujours celui d’un futur proche et décalé, mais l’ambiance sera plus sérieuse, en théorie. Le scénario consistant du peu qu’on en voit pour l’instant à envoyer ses commandos dans une Amérique en ruines suite à un basculement totalitaire.

Attention, malgré des graphismes très soignés, le petit prix, l’exclusivité chez Epic, ou encore l’absence de site officiel à une semaine du lancement, tout cela invite à la prudence. Peut-être s’agira-t-il plutôt d’une sorte de version proto-bêta voulant s’infiltrer sur nos écrans. Bien que le potentiel du jeu semble intéressant, il faudra vérifier si le contenu proposé est à la hauteur.

Out of ‘effin nowhere We are proud to announce our new game CORRUPTION 2029!This is our new hardcore tactical strategy game: set in a dystopian America in which a vicious civil war has broken out. CORRUPTION 2029 sees the player command a squad of augmented soldiers (known in the game as ‘units’) deep into the territory of the NAC ‘New American Council’.
CORRUPTION 2029 will be released on the Epic Games Store on February 17th!
