Attention tycoons! Railway Empire is steaming its way into the station with an all-new, free content update for PC, PlayStation®4 and Xbox One. The Stock Market 1.7 update is part of Kalypso’s ongoing commitment to working with the community and fans to ensure that Railway Empire continues to deliver a compelling and comprehensive gaming experience.
Included in the new 1.7 update are new platform customizations, with stations and warehouses receiving upgradeable signal stations that give trains the option of which platform to stop at. The ‘Analyst’ has also been added to the staff, who will cause mayhem on the stock market by placing false reports to manipulate the value of companies! Acquiring a company has also been smoothed over, with players now able to own 100% of a company without having to follow through with a full merger.
Following the release of the hugely successful DLC packs Mexico, The Great Lakes and Crossing The Andes, railway moguls should also make sure their passports are up to date, as further new DLC packs for are fast approaching. Railway Empire is heading to Europe, starting with the British Isles! ‘Great Britain & Ireland’ will release on 14th December 2018, and will be followed by journeys to France and Germany at a later date.
