The Horus Heresy – Legions passe en v2.0

Nouvelle faction

The battle starts now

War waits for no one. All Astartes Legions have now joined the fray, just as the action reaches Terra! Friend against friend, brother against brother, a final reckoning is coming to Terra in the epic battle to end Horus’ journey of galactic conquest. This, however, is not an end, but a beginning. The real battle has only started!

“This war is just beginning.”

The new update, coming on 22nd July 2021, brings massive changes to the game, with new features for both new and veteran players. This sets the stage for a series of updates that will give The Horus Heresy: Legions a breath of fresh air as it enters a new age of warfare. Keep reading to find out about the new features and changes that will first join the game when the update releases.

Single-player campaigns

New game mode! From now on, players will be able to embark on epic journeys and delve deeper into the story of the Horus Heresy. Embody the beloved heroes of the novels in their greatest hour and reap glorious rewards!

The new single player campaigns will help new players to gradually learn the mechanics of each legion and to start collecting them. Starting with the Imperial Fists in the Battle of Phall, a new campaign will be available every few weeks, each showcasing different characters and Legions to test and master.

Unlimited achievements

The achievement system has been greatly expanded. Previously, players could only advance in a series of eight achievements as they battled their way to Terra. After the update arrives to the game, there will be more than a hundred achievements to fight for!

As players complete these achievements, they will earn Achievement Points, which will be visible in the user’s profile. Also, they will be able to select which honours they are the most proud of and showcase them in their profile for their lodge mates’ joy… and their enemies’ despair.

Many of these achievements will be compatible with the information saved in your account, like the number of games won while playing as a particular faction, so if you’re a veteran player you won’t have to start many of them from scratch.

Graphical improvements

A number of graphical improvements are coming to the game, starting with the new logo. You will also notice that the card’s frame has changed to a style that better suits the rest of the game. The new frames also better convey the rarity of each card, with differentiated colours and other visual clues that make them easier to read.

Deck flags

This new feature will allow players to add tags to their decks, making them easier to sort in the collection via search box. Each player will be able to use the flags as they please, classifying the challenge-oriented decks or their more competitive builds.

Action log

Don’t miss a single movement made by your opponent! With the revamped action log, keep track of every battle action and plan your strategy accordingly.

Promotional codes

Knight Houses

The Knight Houses have made a big impact in the higher ranks of Terra since their release, but their mission just became more difficult. From now on, if the Knight warlord is stunned, it will not be able to use its weapons.

With these many changes, it is an exciting time to be a Horus Heresy fan. And with even more features, game modes and much more coming in the following months, there has never been a better time to start your journey of galactic conquest on The Horus Heresy: Legions!
